pregnant women usually feel discomfort in the morning or in all day, but dont worry, I just wanna tell you how to make it better naturally,

1. first thing that you should attend is about your food/diet:
eat with little portion, dont eat fat, prepare crackers and eat it in the morning before you get down from your bed, dont eat every food that make you sick


2. second is akupuntur
some research abaout pregnant women with hyperemesis, tell that akupuntur is more effective than anti emesis drugs


3. Ginger
1 gram ginger every day devided in two times, morning and evening, effective to push away morning sickness. You can mix it with tea... hhhmmm....


4. Peppermint Oil...
smelling peppermint oil help you to fell relaks, and feeling well in your stomach. Pour some warm water into a cup, and than pour 2 spoons of peppermint oil on it. Put the cup in your room near your bed
